Privacy Policy

In short

The app does not collect any personal data and sends nothing to me. There are no ads, no tracking and no analytics. Only if you use Game Center are your player name and score sent to Apple.

Data on your device

To make the game work, the app stores the following locally on your device:

• the “This iPhone” leaderboard (name you entered, score, date),
• the last name you entered,
• your sound and aiming-aid settings,
• a score still waiting to be sent to Game Center.

This data is not transmitted to me. It may be part of your device backup, which you manage in your device's Settings. It is removed when you delete the app.

Game Center (Apple)

The worldwide leaderboard uses Apple's Game Center. If you are signed in, the app sends your best score to Apple. Your Game Center name and score are then visible to other players on the leaderboard. This processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Beyond the public leaderboard, I receive no data.

Game Center is optional. You can sign out at any time in your device's Settings; the game keeps working with the local leaderboard.

App Store

The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Purchase, download and updates are subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy. Apple provides developers only with aggregated statistics (such as download numbers) and – if you have agreed – anonymous crash reports. These do not identify you.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and collects no data about children.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. No server logs with access data are stored. All fonts and images are served from this server; no external services are embedded.

When you choose a language, your browser remembers that choice in local storage (localStorage). It is not sent to the server and can be deleted in your browser settings.

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. When you visit, the web server necessarily processes your IP address to deliver the page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); it is not stored.

Contact by email

If you write to me, I use your email address and message only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for that. The mailbox is operated by Google (Gmail).

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Just send me an email.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The competent authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Schloss Schwerin, Lennéstraße 1, 19053 Schwerin, Germany, www.datenschutz-mv.de.

Changes

This policy is updated whenever the app or the website changes. Last updated: October 2026.
